TRAVERSING
TROLLEYS
They are used in case the load, besides being lifted, must
also be moved laterally. The chain block holding trolleys
of the R series slip on the bottom flange of the beam. They
are made with plates of pantographed steel and are supplied
in standard sizes up to a 200mm. width. From 200mm. through
500mm. they are made with the same plates but in a special
way. Due to the greater width, the trolleys are supplied in
the following types: 2CS type for push trolleys 3CE type for
electric trolleys 4CM type for mechanical traversing trolleys
TRAVERSE
ELECTRIC LIMIT SWITCHES
In consideration to the accident-preventing regulations
Art. 191-DPR 597, all the chain blocks with electric traverse
are supplied complete with electric limit switches in the
horizontal direction, in order to avoid useless pushes to
the traverse motor.
ELECTRIC
CONTROLS
They are equipped with a printed circuit board (PCB) and
include remote control switch for the upstroke and downstroke,
on/off relay, step-down 24 volt transformer, protection fuses
and motor brake transformer lines. Thanks to the high quality
electrical components used, the hoists guarantees a large
number of manoeuvres and therefore its durability over time.
All the boards are standard and therefore they allow to intervene
with only one type on all the chain blocks. (N.B. please underline
if 1 or 2 speed). The linear-shaped push-botton panel with
push-bottons vertically placed and on/off mushroom-head push
button allows a practical handgrip. It is made of waterproof
shock-resistant plastic material. Degree of protection: IP
65 - DIN 40050. Control cable equipped with tearproof steel
ropes.
MAINTENANCE
It is quite reduced and easy to be carried out; in fact,
it is necessary to lubricate the hoisting chain regularly.
